What the service is

colorseason.app provides an AI-assisted personal color analysis estimate based on a photo you submit. It is not a medical, dermatological, biometric, or licensed professional color-consultant service. Results are a styling estimate, not a guaranteed or scientifically validated measurement, and may not be accurate for every individual — lighting, camera, and photo quality all affect the result.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By uploading a photo, you confirm the photo is of yourself (or that you have the right to submit it) and that you are old enough to use the service.

Your account and purchases

You can use the free analysis without creating an account. The full report is a one-time purchase of USD $9.99 with lifetime access to the report content — it is not a subscription, and there is no recurring charge. See our Refund Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with a purchase.

The free result and paid report are for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload a photo of someone else without their permission.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content from the site.
• Resell, redistribute, or represent the analysis as your own professional consulting output.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the analysis will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result is accurate for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, colorseason.app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is significant, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
